Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by Pinnacle Logistics.
All items (apart from small cabinets) are delivered by 2 people to a room of choice.
They will contact you with a date a time when they receive the furniture. This can be delayed or amended if possible
Please unpack with care keeping the box intact in case of return.
If the item is damaged please contact us immediately via email info@nsliving.co with your order number and we will arrange for Pinnacle to pick the item up and replace.
If the item is unsuitable please contact us immediately via email info@nsliving.co with your order number and we will arrange for Pinnacle to pick the item up - this has a cost £40 which we can take off your purchase price.
